Born and educated in Bombay, Rukshana, an Arts graduate started her career as a flight attendant with Gulf Air in 1984 and moved to Pan American World Airways as part of the 1st batch that opened operations in India.
Her excellent performance, efficiency and professionalism won her instant recognition and promotions
Rukshana Eisa is one of the official grooming instructors at the Miss India training program ( 2002 to 2008 ) training the participants right through to the final Miss India event.

At Celebutante Image we help to mould a person wanting a head start in life whilst dealing with people and society at large. Her endeavor is to customize specific packages that suit people’s backgrounds and lifestyles. Soft spoken and savvy, she is of the firm belief that anyone can be groomed if they are receptive and eager enough.
Rukshana’s Achievements
* On Board
Rukshana was selected as the 1st "On Board Leader" to fly in Pan Am’s inaugural flight to Mumbai. Appointed "Appearance Advisor" for Pan Am and subsequently for Delta and was responsible for maintaining international standards of grooming and appearance.
In 1987 she participated in the "Train the Trainer" Program for Pan Am and subsequently conducted several in-flight training programs as an Instructor
* Special Assignments
Conducted Superior Customer Service Training Programs at Mumbai ,Delhi,Nairobi,Kenya, Tel Aviv and Warsaw.
Had the honor of recruiting staff for the base in Warsaw,
Nairobi,Mumbai & Delhi
Was selected as Appearance Advisor for the Mumbai Base and was sent to Miami for a month long intensive training program for grooming and etiquette.
